Can I sell cement by the bag and reinforcement bars by the piece?

Can a contractor get a quotation before buying materials?
Yes. Draw up a quotation from the contractor's materials list, email it, and once the site manager says yes, convert it to a sale in one step instead of entering every line twice. Stock comes off only when the quotation becomes a sale, so a quote never holds goods you could sell to someone else.
Does ArmPOS work for a coffee house or café in Addis Ababa?
Yes. Orders taken at the counter go to a kitchen display, so the barista and the kitchen see what to make without paper tickets, and a table's order can be held until they are ready to pay. Packaged coffee, snacks and bottled drinks sold over the counter come off stock like any other item.
What if the power or the internet goes off in the middle of a sale?
Finish the sale. ArmPOS stays usable on a charged laptop or phone as long as it was open before the outage, holding each sale on that device and uploading it when the network comes back. On a device that has never opened ArmPOS, that first open needs a working connection.

Download a count sheet for each location, enter what you actually find, and ArmPOS records the differences as adjustments. Broken bags of cement and other damaged goods go in as damages, so the stock value in your reports matches what is really in the warehouse.
I import goods and also buy from local factories. How do I manage what I owe each supplier?
Yes. Raise a purchase order for each supplier, receive the goods against it when the container or the factory delivery arrives, and ArmPOS adds them to stock and keeps a running balance of what you owe each supplier. Low stock alerts in the app show which lines need a new order.
