What is ArmPOS?
ArmPOS is cloud-based point of sale and inventory management software for small businesses. It runs your checkout, stock, purchasing, customers and reports in one system, on a phone, tablet or computer.
What is a POS system?
A point of sale (POS) system is where a sale is completed: it records what was sold, takes the payment and prints the receipt. ArmPOS also updates your inventory and your reports with every sale.
What is inventory management software?
Inventory management software tracks how much stock you have, where it is and what it's worth. In ArmPOS, every sale, purchase, return and transfer updates your stock automatically, across every branch and warehouse.
Which businesses is ArmPOS for?
Shops and supermarkets, pharmacies, hardware stores, phone and electronics shops, boutiques and wholesalers, and cafés that use a kitchen display. Batch and expiry tracking suits pharmacies and food stores; serial and IMEI tracking suits electronics.
Which languages does ArmPOS speak?
24, including English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Hindi and Chinese, with right-to-left screens for Arabic.
Is my data safe?
Each business has its own separate database, every connection is encrypted, and each person on your team signs in with their own login and sees only what their role allows.

Does ArmPOS work on my phone?
Yes. ArmPOS runs in the browser on Android phones, iPhones, tablets and computers, installs like an app, and can scan barcodes with the camera.
Does ArmPOS work offline?
If the internet drops while the POS is open, you can keep selling: sales are saved on the device and sync automatically, without duplicates, once you're back online. Opening the POS the first time needs a connection.
What hardware do I need?
None to start: a phone, tablet or computer with a browser is enough. ArmPOS also works with USB barcode scanners, 58mm and 80mm receipt printers, label printers, a customer display, and cash drawers through the QZ Tray app.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. Professional covers up to 5 warehouses and Enterprise has no limit. Move stock between them with approved transfers and see each one's numbers.
Can I track batches, expiry dates and serial numbers?
Yes. Record batches with expiry dates and sell the earliest-expiring stock first, and record serial or IMEI numbers to trace each unit from purchase to sale.
Can I import my products?
Yes. Import products, customers and suppliers from an Excel file, and past sales and purchases from CSV, so you start with your real stock.
