Why ArmPOS

One system for sales, inventory and every branch

Most small businesses juggle a till, a stock book and a spreadsheet. ArmPOS brings your point of sale, inventory management, purchasing and accounting into one system, so every sale updates your stock and your numbers at once.

Every branch, one view

See stock in every shop and warehouse from one account, down to the rack. Move items between branches with approved transfers, and every movement is recorded.

Know before you run out

Set an alert quantity for each product. When stock falls to it, ArmPOS flags it in the notification bell and on the dashboard, branch by branch, so you reorder before a customer leaves empty-handed.

Speaks your team's language

Use ArmPOS in 24 languages, including English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Hindi and Chinese, with right-to-left screens for Arabic.

Profit you can see

Sales, profit and stock value update with every sale. Open the dashboard on any device and know how today is going, branch by branch.

Sell online too

Open your own online shop with the same products and stock. Online orders become sales in ArmPOS, so you never sell what you no longer have.

How ArmPOS works

From sign-up to daily profit

Create your free account and set up your shop in minutes. Import products, customers and suppliers from Excel, and give each person on your team their own login.

Ring up the basket by tapping pictures on the screen or scanning labels, knock a few dirhams off for a regular, and either take payment now or put the sale on the neighbour's account to settle at the end of the month.

Every sale, purchase, return and transfer updates your inventory. See what your stock is worth and what is running low in each branch.

Sales, profit, inventory and staff reports for any branch and any dates, ready to print or export to PDF and Excel.

Point of sale and inventory management for Moroccan shops

A Moroccan shop lives on its regulars, from the neighbour who settles up at the end of the month to the café customer who orders the same nous-nous every morning and the visitor bargaining over a lamp in the medina. ArmPOS keeps track of each of them and of the stock they buy.

  • The carnet, without the notebook

Hanout owners have long written down what neighbours take on credit in a carnet and collected it at the end of the month. ArmPOS keeps that running balance on each customer's account, and the till refuses a credit sale that would take a customer past the limit you set.

  • Dirhams on the shelf and on the plans

Every ticket and report is in Moroccan dirhams, and the pricing section turns each plan into MAD at the day's rate, so a hanout owner knows the monthly cost in the currency the shop earns, even though the payment itself goes through a card in US dollars.

  • From the hanout to the supermarket

A café needs its orders on a kitchen screen, a boutique in the Fes medina needs sizes and colours, and a Casablanca supermarket needs quick scanning at several tills, while hanouts, pharmacies and phone shops run their counters in the same app.

  • Online, with cash on delivery

Many Moroccan shoppers order online and pay the courier at the door. Open an ArmPOS online shop, take cash on delivery or card, and each web order is filled from the same stock your counter sells, so nothing is promised twice.

Point of sale features

Everything you need at the counter: a fast POS screen on any device, flexible payments, and receipts your customers can keep.

  • Fast checkout

Search or scan products, apply discounts and promo codes, and complete a sale in seconds on a computer, tablet or phone.

  • Barcode scanning

Scan with a USB scanner, a phone or tablet camera, or weighing-scale labels that carry the weight in the barcode.

  • Split payments

Take cash, card and other methods in one sale, and record exactly how each customer paid.

  • Receipts and invoices

Print receipts on 58mm or 80mm thermal paper or A4, or send them by email or SMS. Turn quotations into sales and PDF invoices.

  • Held sales and returns

Park a sale and finish it later, and take returns at the till that put items straight back into stock.

  • Cash register

Open and close the register, record cash in and out, and see what the drawer should hold at the end of each shift.

  • Customers and loyalty

Keep customer records and balances, and reward repeat buyers with loyalty points they spend at the till.

  • Keeps selling offline

If the internet drops while you sell, ArmPOS keeps recording sales on the device and syncs them when you're back online.

Inventory management features

Know what you have, where it is and what it's worth, in every shop and warehouse. Your stock updates itself as you sell, buy, return and transfer.

  • Multi-branch inventory

Track stock in every shop and warehouse, down to the rack, from one account.

  • Stock transfers

Move stock between branches with transfers that need approval, so every item is accounted for.

  • Low stock alerts

Set an alert quantity per product, and the bell, the dashboard and the quantity alerts report show what to reorder in each branch.

  • Purchases and suppliers

Raise purchase orders, receive stock into the right warehouse and track what you owe each supplier.

  • Batches and expiry dates

Track batches with expiry dates and sell the earliest-expiring stock first, for pharmacies and food businesses.

  • Serial and IMEI numbers

Record serial or IMEI numbers for phones and electronics, and trace every unit from purchase to sale.

  • Variants and units

Sell in sizes and colours, by the pack or by the piece, with unit conversions handled for you.

  • Counts and adjustments

Download a count sheet by warehouse and category, then record adjustments and damages so your records match the shelf.

Run the whole business

Beyond the till: your online shop, your accounts, your team and the tools you already use, in the same system as your sales and stock.

  • Your online shop

Your own web shop with collections and banners. Customers pay by card or cash on delivery, and orders come from the same stock.

  • Accounting and profit

Expenses, cash and bank accounts, profit and loss, and a full accounting module with journals, a trial balance and a balance sheet.

  • About 60 reports

Sales, payments, tax, customers, suppliers, staff and inventory reports, including stock value, ageing and expiry, to print or export.

  • Staff and permissions

Give each person their own login and decide what they can see and do. Keep shifts, leave and attendance records too.

  • Integrations

Sync products, stock and orders with WooCommerce and Shopify, and send your sales to QuickBooks as invoices.

  • Messages and campaigns

Send invoices and marketing campaigns by email, SMS and WhatsApp to bring customers back.

  • Hardware that fits

Works with USB barcode scanners, 58mm and 80mm receipt printers, label printers, a customer display and cash drawers through QZ Tray, or simply the phone you already have.

  • Kitchen display

Send orders from the till straight to a kitchen screen, so cafés and takeaways prepare them in order without paper tickets.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best caisse enregistreuse app for a shop in Morocco?
A caisse enregistreuse, the classic cash register, only rings up sales. ArmPOS turns a phone, tablet or computer into a register that also knows your stock, your customers and your margins, prints tickets on a 58mm or 80mm printer, and records the cash you add to or take from the drawer during the day.
Does ArmPOS work for a café in Rabat or Marrakesh?
Yes. Orders rung up at the counter appear on a kitchen display, so the coffee machine and the kitchen work through them in order without paper slips. Keep a table's bill on hold while they finish their mint tea, then settle it in one payment, or split it when one friend pays cash and another pays by card.
I sell kaftans and leather bags in the Fes medina. Can ArmPOS handle sizes and colours?
Yes. A kaftan is one product with a variant for each size and colour, each counted separately, and you can print barcode labels for handmade pieces so they scan at the till like anything else. A discount can be applied to any sale, which suits a counter where the final price is agreed with the customer.
Is there a free version of ArmPOS for a small shop in Morocco?
Yes. A small hanout or a single souk stall can open the Starter plan, which is free of charge, needs no card and covers 1 branch, 2 users and up to 50 products, so you can learn the counter before choosing a paid plan.
I already sell on Shopify. Can ArmPOS connect to it?
Yes. ArmPOS syncs products, stock and orders with Shopify or WooCommerce, so when the last kaftan in a size sells on your website at midnight, the boutique in Marrakesh sees it gone from stock the next morning.
Can a supermarket in Casablanca run several cashiers at once?
Yes. Each cashier signs in with their own account on their own till, every till sells from the same stock, and the reports show what each cashier sold. Promo codes for weekend offers and loyalty points for regular shoppers give families a reason to come back.
Can my accountant get the figures without coming to the shop?
Yes. Give your accountant a login limited to the reports and the accounting module, where about 60 reports cover sales, purchases, stock, profit and customer balances, or send your sales to QuickBooks as invoices if that is where the books are kept.
How do I remind neighbours to settle their credit at the end of the month?
Each customer's account shows what they still owe, so you can see at a glance who to remind and send them a WhatsApp or SMS message straight from ArmPOS. When they come in to pay, record the payment against their account and the balance drops straight away.
