Yes. Receive each delivery as a batch with its expiry date, and the till takes from the batch that expires first. Before a tray of yoghurt passes its date, the expiry report has already listed it, which leaves time to cut the price or talk to the supplier.
My branch in Franceville is far from me. Can I stop staff there from changing prices?
